William P. Anthony Sr., 45, Bridgewater: criminal trespass, dismissed.
Brad A. Beaulieu, 39, Monticello: criminal mischief and reckless conduct, both dismissed.
Jeannot Bonenfant, 46, Clair, N.B.: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, filed on $1,000 costs.
Stefanie S. Brewer, 36, Bridgewater: probation violation, 16 days in jail, and probation partially revoked and continued.
Robert Catlin, 40, Stacyville: operating ATV under the influence, over 21 and .08 per cent, $400 fine.
Matthew T. Clark, 29, Houlton: aggravated forgery, dismissed.
Zachary T. Cronkhite, 23, Houlton: driving to endanger and violating condition of release, both dismissed.
Joseph L. Davis, 28, Danforth, loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle and hunting from stand or blind overlooking deer bait, filed on $100 costs (each).
Steven R. Dewitt, 36, Patten: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail; and operating vehicle without license, dismissed.
Joshua Lee Donahue, 24, Houlton: probation violation, $400 fine, two years in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation.
Felisha Dorr, 29, Cary Plantation: probation violation, seven days in jail and probation partially revoked.
Robert Dowling, 43, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Katherine Durand, 42, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Barbara Folsom, 31, Houlton: failing to make oral or written accident report and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $250 fine (each).
Gilles Gautreau, 22, Dieppe, N.B.: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
Otis Henderson, 41, Houlton: OUI-1 prior, $700 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended, one year probation, and 3-year license and registration suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked-OUI, dismissed; and violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.
Denise Hitchcock, 48, Smyrna Mills: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Thomas M. Kenyon, 25, Weston: hunting antlerless deer without permit (two counts), $100 fine (first) and $100 fine and 48 hours in jail (second); hunting or possessing moose during closed season, $1,500 fine and three days in jail; and hunting or possessing antlerless deer in Washington County (two counts), both dismissed.
Kenneth J. Maker, 22, Smyrna Mills: domestic violence assault, two years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation; and assault, dismissed.
Craig S. McBreairty, 25, Fort Kent: probation violation, 30 days in jail, and probation partially revoked and continued.

Leslie G. Nason, 24, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Brian K. Nickerson, 51, Houlton: operating snowmobile under the influence, $400 fine; and trafficking in dangerous knives, dismissed.
Thomas Pasquarelli, 44, Houlton: unlawful sexual touching, dismissed; assault, 30 days in jail; unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine and 90 days in jail (first) and dismissed (second); and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
Robert Russell, 19, Island Falls: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 180 days in jail, all suspended and $1,000 restitution.
Victor G. Seaborn, 52, Miramichi, N.B.: operating while license suspended or revoked, filed on $100 costs.
Kent L. Smith, 46, Monticello: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 180 days in jail, all but seven days suspended and one year probation; OUI-no test-1 prior, seven days in jail and 18-month license and registration suspension; refusing to submit to arrest or detention and refusing to sign criminal summons, seven days in jail (each); and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise and driving to endanger, both dismissed.
Troy R. Stackhouse, 31, Monticello: operating after habitual offender revocation-3 prior and driving to endanger, both dismissed.
Peter P. Vido, 59, Kintore, N.B.: operating while license suspended or revoked, dismissed.
Daniel T. Vose, 25, probation violation, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but six months suspended and two years’ probation.
David S. Williams, 58, Littleton: aiding/abetting violation of federal regulations (two counts), $500 fine (first) and dismissed (second).
Mark A.
