Quint among Maine Army National Guard promotions

    Major General John W. Libby, the Adjutant General, Maine National Guard has announced the promotion of 32 men and women who are Maine Army National Guard soldiers.
    Among them is Shane Quint of Houlton. Quint, in the 185th Engineer Support Company, Caribou, was promoted to PV2.
