On Oct. 5, Rep Bernard Ayotte of Caswell presented Harold and Linda Davis, also of Caswell, with a Maine State Flag. The flag had been flown at the State House in Augusta in memory of Harold’s daughter, the late Rita Davis Martin. Rita was the wife of Rudy Martin and the mother of two children, Mikayla and Matthew. Rita was very active in the Dawn F. Barnes School in Caswell and served as the president of the PTA for several years. Martin passed away on July 22, 2005.
