    This fall decoration on Washburn Street in Houlton shows a light snow fell across southern Aroostook County Thursday sprinkling harvest scenes with a thin layer of powder. Portions of northern Aroostook County received larger amounts of snow, but in the greater Houlton area, less than an inch of accumulation fell. Similar flurries took place Friday evening.
