Faulkner named Coach of the Year
The PVC All-Conference teams have been named, and several area student-athletes and coaches have been honored.
Named to the PVC All-Conference Class C girls’ First Team was Martha McPartland of Houlton, while teammates Amanda Fogarty and Abby Kinens were named to the Second Team, and Vanessa Sanderson and Madison Lezotte were chosen for the Third Team.
Chosen for the boys’ PVC All-Conference Third Team was Ben Ward of Houlton.
In Class D, Micah Rodgerson and Mickey Savage were named to the PVC All-Conference boys’ Class D First Team, while Sarah Goodman, Melissa Duffy and Kali Rush were named to the PVC All-Conference girls’ Class D First Team.
Chosen as Coach of the Year for girls’ Class D was Phil Faulkner of Katahdin.
