New courses planned for 2010 Adult Ed

    The Houlton Higher Education Center announces a variety of new courses that will be offered through Adult Education, Region Two, and the Community College in 2010.  Adult Ed Director, Otis Smith, thinks that there will be something for everyone in the class offerings for the New Year.   Learn new job skills in a Residential Wind Power Technology course and a Masonry course.  New classes are also being planned for personal enrichment, including Dog Obedience, Foreign Languages, Rugworks, Rubber Stamping, and Digital Video.  GED classes begin January 4, most Personal Enrichment classes begin the week of January 11, and College Transitions academic classes begin the week of January 18, 2010.
