HHS alumni plan busy summer events

    HOULTON — The Houlton High School Alumni Association is announcing some of the details and dates for the upcoming multi-class reunion scheduled for this summer.  Reunion 2010 will run from July 4-10, which a variety of activities throughout the week.     Some activities already confirmed include the Alumni Social, Alumni Variety Show, Golf Scramble and the Gala Dinner Dance. The Alumni Social will be held Thursday, July 8 from 4:30-7 p.m. at the Houlton Country Club. An Alumni Variety Show is being planned for Friday, July 9 at the newly refurbished Houlton High School Auditorium.  The Golf Scramble will be held Saturday, July 10 at Houlton Country Club.
    The week will conclude with the Gala Dinner and Dance on Saturday, July 10th at the John Millar Civic Center. Members of the Houlton Lodge of Elks will cater the meal.
    Full details on these events are still being finalized and other events are also being worked on.  Details will be updated on the alumni web site at houltonalumni.com. 
    The planning committee will meet again on Thursday, March 4th at 7 p.m. at the Houlton High School Library. All interested are invited to attend.  Further information is available by contacting Nancy Ketch at 532-1028.
