Christians are given the season of lent to reflect on their eternal destiny and be in closer communion with God. Jesus says “He who loves Me keeps my commandments.” He also said “The gate to heaven is a narrow gate and few find it.”
We have lost the “sense of sin” and this displeases God more than sin does, because He never rejects a contrite heart.
God is a consuming fire and He wishes to purify our sins and faults with this fire of love.
God gives us so much, why do we give Him so little. Why is prayer such a low priority in our lives, because the devil does not want us to pray. We only pray in a crisis.
Trust in God and pray with your heart. Prayer can change everything.
When we leave this world, we take with us only the spiritual fruits, we have gathered, with God’s help.
