Duffs celebrate 25 years

    Tom and Nancy Duff were guests of honor at a surprise 25th wedding anniversary celebration on Feb. 13, 2010. The party was given by their children at their home in Houlton. Refreshments were served, followed by a “wedding picture” cake.
    Those attending this memorable event were their children, Ryan Duff and friend, Lindsey Collins, Annette Duff and friend, Aaron Cyr and parents Carl and Mildred Duff. Other guests included Carla Duff, Dana Duff and Wendy Quartermaine, Peter Duff and Angela Faulkner, Ted LeFay, Larry Laing and Diana Richard, Brent, Susan and Caleb Cullen, Jeff and Betty Beaton and granddaughter Blythe and Louis and Jeannette Bouchard.
    Tom and the former Nancy Laing were married on Feb. 15, 1985, in Houlton by the Rev. John Ruth. Their attendants were Susan (Laing) Cullen and George Pettit.
    Together, they own and operate Duff’s Service Station.
