    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January, 2010.
    Jennifer Ayotte, 26, Palmyra: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.     Lester R. Bailey, 44, Caribou: assault, withdrawn.
    Christopher M. Bowring, 24, Ashland: assault, dismissed.
    Bruce W. Cameron, 42, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault (two counts); violating condition of release, and violating protective order, dismissed (each).
    Norberto Colon, 26, Washburn: domestic violence criminal threatening, filed without costs.
    Bobby J. Cote, 32, Easton: criminal trespass (two counts), 30 days in jail (first) and 30 days in jail and $200 restitution (second).
    Joshua R. Doody, 19, Washburn: burglary, 18 months in prison with all but 60 days suspended, two years' probation; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail; stealing drugs, $400 fine and 60 days in jail.
    Michael R. Doughty, 35, Easton: negotiating a worthless instrument, 60 days in jail all suspended and $3,497 restitution; violating condition of release, 60 days in jail all suspended.
    Reginald N. Dube, 50, Grand Isle: acquiring drugs by deception, dismissed; violating condition of release, $200 fine; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $300 fine; reckless conduct, $400 fine; cruelty to animals, $200 fine and $200 restitution; and discharging firearm or crossbow near dwelling, $200 fine.
    Bobi Sue Elwell, 24, Buxton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Charles R. Flint, 56, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine, six months in jail and nine-month license suspension; criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, four years in prison all but eight months suspended, two years' probation; reckless conduct, eight months in jail and violating condition of release, six months in jail.
    Jason T. Francisco, 32, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 90 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; unlawful possession of oxycodone, forfeiture; criminal forfeiture of property (two counts), $400 fine and 36 months in prison (first) and forfeiture (second); aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $2,500 fine, 10 years in prison all but four years suspended and three years' probation; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine and 36 months in prison.
    Mark Gervais, 42, St. David: violating protective order, three days in jail.
    James R. Gorey, 58, Hamlin: burning prohibited material, filed on $100 costs.
    Daniel L. Grondin, 43, Madawaska: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Misty R. Hafford, 26, Chapman: OUI, two priors, dismissed.
    Kari M. Howe, 22, Washburn: aggravated criminal trespass, dismissed.
    Arthur F. Jipson, 55, Presque Isle: theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property, $200 fine.
    Brian T. Keenan, 31, Limestone: theft by deception, priors, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended, two years' probation and $4,622.36 restitution; misuse of identification, six months in jail and violating condition of release, 90 days in jail.
    David S. Kotsikoros, 26, Presque Isle: endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.
    Travis G. Leavitt, 36, Limestone: assault, $500 fine and five days in jail.
    Joshua Lewin, 26, Ashland: violating protective order, 15 days in jail, domestic violence terrorizing, 120 days in jail, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and $431.26 restitution; criminal mischief (two counts) 15 days in jail (each).
    Garnet Madden, 20, Fort Kent: burglary, dismissed.
    Ronald S. Melbourne, 43, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Justin T. Michaud, 23, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Chatawna Nicholas, 36, Perth Andover, N.B.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery, and misuse of identification, dismissed (each).
    Joan R. Page, 68, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail, all suspended, $4,157 restitution and 200 hours’ community service.
    Edward K. Peckham, 48, Van Buren: OUI, no test, three-plus priors, $2,100 fine, 24 months in prison and six-year license and registration suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine, four years in prison, all but 24 months suspended, two years' probation, six-year license and registration suspension, burglary, dismissed and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Heather Pelletier, 27, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years' probation.
    Christopher J. Pictou, 25, Woodland: OUI, no test, two priors, $1,100 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 45 days suspended, two years' probation and six-year license suspension.
    Cameron Tardie, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery, dismissed (each); OUI, $500 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, five days in jail.
    Ashley M. Theriault, 25, Caribou: aggravated operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $2,000 fine and two years in prison; OUI, $500 fine, 364 days in jail and 90-day license suspension; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth, six months in jail.
    Michael J. Thibeault, 27, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 18 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation and $1,700 restitution.
    Brett Thibodeau, 20, Bangor: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 months in prison and robbery, six years in prison, all but 24 months suspended and three years' probation.
    Trevor D. Thibodeau, 25, Bangor: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Ross A. Voisine, 28, Wallagrass: domestic violence assault, dismissed and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $400 fine.
