    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January, 2010.


 

    Ronald S. Melbourne, 43, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Justin T. Michaud, 23, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Chatawna Nicholas, 36, Perth Andover, N.B.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery, and misuse of identification, dismissed (each).
    Joan R. Page, 68, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 90 days in jail, all suspended, $4,157 restitution and 200 hours’ community service.
    Edward K. Peckham, 48, Van Buren: OUI, no test, three-plus priors, $2,100 fine, 24 months in prison and six-year license and registration suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine, four years in prison, all but 24 months suspended, two years’ probation, six-year license and registration suspension, burglary, dismissed and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
    Heather Pelletier, 27, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Christopher J. Pictou, 25, Woodland: OUI, no test, two priors, $1,100 fine, 18 months in prison, all but 45 days suspended, two years’ probation and six-year license suspension.
    Cameron Tardie, 19, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and forgery, dismissed (each); OUI, $500 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension; operating while license suspended or revoked, five days in jail.
