Wilfred J. St. Peter

St. Peter, Wilfred, J. – 64, Caribou, at Caribou, June 14, 2010. Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday. Funeral services were held 10 a.m., Friday, June 18, 2010, at the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church.     CARIBOU – Wilfred J. St. Peter, 64, died unexpectedly, June 14, 2010, at his residence.  He was born at Caribou, June 28, 1945, the son of Albert J. and Mary (Rioux) St. Peter.  Wilfred was employed for Carroll Durepo for several years and was also employed by several other local farmers.  He was a member of the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church and also the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He was a member of the Fred B. Brescia Council Knights of Columbus. Wilfred was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather to his family. He married Josephine (Cowett) St. Peter on August 4, 1966.
    Surviving in addition to his wife of Caribou are three sons, Craig Joseph St. Peter and his wife, Amy, Wilfred Joseph St. Peter Jr. and his wife, Jeri and Brian Joseph St. Peter and his wife, Melissa all of Caribou; one brother, Leo St. Peter and his wife, Jeannette of Caribou; three sisters, Brenda Patterson  and her husband, Lawrence of Fort Fairfield, Stella Gauvin and her husband, Roland of Caribou and Rita Hubbard and her husband, Ruffin of California; a step-sister, Suzanne Brown and her husband, Miles of Woodland; five granddaughters Janell, Chelsea, Ashley, Brooke and Taylor St. Peter and several nieces and nephews.  He was predeceased by his parents, Albert and Mary St. Peter and his mother and father-in-law, Joseph and Blanche Cowett.
    Friends called at the Mockler Funeral Home, 24 Reservoir Street, Caribou, 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., Thursday. Funeral services were held 10 a.m., Friday, June 18, 2010, at the Parish of the Precious Blood Holy Rosary Catholic Church, with the Very Rev.
