The County Federal Credit Union’s “Count On The County” Initiative Committee recently awarded Aroostook Football its eighth $1,000 award in the “Count On The County” Initiative.

The Aroostook Football organization is the latest recipient of a $1,000 Count on the County Initiative award presented by the County Federal Credit Union. Aroostook Football is a non-profit organization that helps organize and support football programs to promote healthy growth and development of youth in the County.
Aroostook Football will provide equipment and instruction to 175 kids this season. The $1,000 “Count On The County” initiative award will help Aroostook Football recondition helmets and continue its mission of teaching kids teamwork, sportsmanship, and leadership on and off the field.
The County Federal Credit Union (CFCU) “Count on The County” Initiative is awarding $1,000 to a non-profit organization in Aroostook County within the field of membership each month for the year. CFCU encourages everyone to take part by sharing who is most deserving.
Residents of the region can nominate their non-profit organization at www.countyfcu.org.
