PANGBURN — A boy, Brian James Pangburn, born on April 1, 2010 to Nora and Jeff Pangburn of Presque Isle. Maternal grandparents are Isabelo and Mary Jane Punsalan of Deep River, Conn. Paternal grandparents are Craig Pangburn of Ludlow and Lois Brewer of Presque Isle.
MCKENNEY — A girl, Avah Lorraine McKenney, born on April 5, 2010 to Honey and James McKenney, Jr. of Presque Isle. Maternal grandparents are Athion Lewey of Pemberton, N.J. and Rhonda Delano of Presque Isle. Paternal grandparents are James McKenney, Sr. of Patten and Rebecca Grant of Patten.
