Houlton Rec offers aerobics

The Houlton Recreation Department will be offering a new eight-week session of Aerobics starting on September 13.  The class is held from 5-6 p.m. at the Gentle Memorial Building under the instruction of Cindy Hutchinson.
Classes are held on Monday and Wednesday. The program consists of warm ups, aerobic phase, weights, mat work and cool down. Cost for the class is $40 for Houlton residents and $60 for non-Houlton residents. To register, call the Houlton Recreation Department at 532-1310 by Sept. 10.
