Melinda R. Morrow, 22, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place, dismissed.
Dustin Murphy Moran, 18, Fort Fairfield: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Joshua W. Nason, 33, Mapleton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and five days in jail.
Gary Nightingale, 30, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
John A. Nightingale, 66, Fort Fairfield: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
Ronald K. Parady, Sr., 61, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
Curt Paterson, 39, Presque Isle: operating/permitting operation unregistered motorboat, $100 fine.
Brandy Pelkey, 32, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 30 days in jail (each).
Nicholas J. Pelkey, 28, Presque Isle: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
Craig L. Perry, 21, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and $250 restitution.
Mikell E. Pischke, 50, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $250 fine and five days in jail; OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Roderick T. Plourde, 36, Easton: engaging in recycling without license, $250 fine.
Joe D. Rideout, 34, Mars Hill: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
Ryan Schunemann, 20, Deerfield, N.H.: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
