Aroostook County Superior Court

    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of June, 2010.
    John S. Belyea, Jr., 27, Smyrna: burglary (two counts), 24 months in prison (each) and three years’ probation (first); aggravated criminal mischief, 24 months in prison; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 24 months in prison (first), eight years in prison all but 24 months suspended, three years’ probation and $42,916.11 restitution (second).
    Isaac A. Botting, 19, Island Falls: criminal mischief, 75 hours’ community service and terrorizing, dismissed.
    David A. Boyington, 35, Danforth: operating after habitual offender revocation, two priors, permanent transfer.
    Chad Carmichael, 30, Bangor: assault and obstructing report of crime, dismissed (each).
    Rebecca L. Condon, 27, Smyrna Mills: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 364 days in jail all suspended, one year probation, $1,600 restitution and 50 hours’ community service (first), dismissed (second), 364 days in jail all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, $1,600 restitution and 50 hours’ community service (third); burglary of a motor vehicle, dismissed and burglary, dismissed.
    Corey B. Corbett, 32, Houlton: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Joseph Degenhardt, 20, Houlton: probation violation, probation revoked.
    Steven R. Dewitt, 27, Dexter: protective order from harassment violation, $250 fine.
    Sarah Dougherty, 18, Bangor: domestic violence assault (two counts), dismissed (each).
    John C. Flannery, 66, Patten: probation violation, probation revoked, no sentence imposed.
    James P. Gantnier, 44, Sherman: unlawful sexual contact, nine months in jail all but 30 days suspended, one year probation; operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Brett M. Horten, 29, Houlton: operating under the influence, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and 18 months’ license suspension.
    Lance Kramer, 23, Houlton: criminal mischief, $500 restitution.
    Joshua R. Lee, 22, Presque Isle: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Ryan Allen Scott, 26, Littleton: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine, 15 months in prison all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Gary F. Wotton, 69, Houlton: probation violation, probation continued, no sentence imposed.
