David L. Bechard, 31, Randolph: criminal mischief (six counts), 364 days in jail (each); burglary (six counts), five years in prison (each) and $1,165 restitution (sixth); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts), five years in prison (first) and six months in jail (second, third, fourth, fifth).
Perley A. Belyea, 51, Houlton: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.
Shawn J. Cahill, 50, Chester: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
Christopher Carr, 24, Houlton: violating condition of release (two counts), three months in jail (first), 10 days in jail (second); aggravated criminal trespass, three months in jail; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, three years in prison, all but three months suspended, two years’ probation and $400 restitution; assault, $300 fine and three months in jail; domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; obstructing report of crime, three months in jail; and criminal mischief, 10 days in jail.

Heidi Desrosiers, 33, Hodgdon: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Walter Fort, 71, Presque Isle: assault (two counts), dismissed (first) and 48 hours in jail (second).

Dallas R. Tidd, 43, Monticello: OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 60 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; violating condition of release, six months in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and six months in jail; illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, six months in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
