    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of July.
    Melissa R. Anderson, 36, Houlton: refusing to submit to arrest or detention, dismissed; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 90 days in jail.
    Malerie Barton, 22, Littleton: criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.
    David L. Bechard, 31, Randolph: criminal mischief (six counts), 364 days in jail (each); burglary (six counts), five years in prison (each) and $1,165 restitution (sixth); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (five counts), five years in prison (first) and six months in jail (second, third, fourth, fifth).
    Perley A. Belyea, 51, Houlton: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed.
    Shawn J. Cahill, 50, Chester: probation violation, seven days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Christopher Carr, 24, Houlton: violating condition of release (two counts), three months in jail (first), 10 days in jail (second); aggravated criminal trespass, three months in jail; criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, three years in prison, all but three months suspended, two years’ probation and $400 restitution; assault, $300 fine and three months in jail; domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail; obstructing report of crime, three months in jail; and criminal mischief, 10 days in jail.
    Derek B. Demerchant, 23, Presque Isle: trafficking in prison contraband, $400 fine and 90 days in jail.
    Heidi Desrosiers, 33, Hodgdon: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Walter Fort, 71, Presque Isle: assault (two counts), dismissed (first) and 48 hours in jail (second).
    Dawn M. Gonya-Vose, 42, Bangor: probation violation, 65 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
    Lionel W. Hamm, 39, Oakfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
    David Izzo, 27, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 32 days in jail.
    Danielle L. Langille, 39, Presque Isle: trafficking in prison contraband, 200 hours’ community service.
    Randy Scott Lee, Jr., 30, Fort Fairfield: trafficking in prison contraband, $500 fine.
    Justin E. Lincoln, 22, Houlton: probation violation, 120 days in jail, probation revoked.
    Joseph P. Long, II, 20, Island Falls: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended, two years’ probation; unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed; and cultivating marijuana, dismissed.
    Jack Q. Margison, 44, Hodgdon: unlawful sexual contact, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, two years’ probation.
    Christian M. McDonald, 22, Oakfield: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Erica N. McNinch, 28, Mars Hill: probation violation, nine months in jail, probation revoked.
    Joseph Raymond Nason, 34, Danforth: unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $500 fine and five days in jail.
    Jason J. Owens, 25, Littleton: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed; and OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Matthew Ramsay, 33, Houlton: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, 90 days in jail, all suspended and two years’ probation.
    Jason Rochford, 36, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; OUI, no test, one prior, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
    Bryan Saucier, 23, Caribou: trafficking in prison contraband, five days in jail.
    Tara P. Stevens, 32, Houlton: criminal mischief, 10 days in jail and $490 restitution.
    Dallas R. Tidd, 43, Monticello: OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 60 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; violating condition of release, six months in jail; unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and six months in jail; illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, six months in jail; and operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Michael C. Welch, 35, Monticello: operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed and operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and seven days in jail.
    Michael J. Whitney, 44, Houlton: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation.
