PIHS receives ExxonMobil grant

PRESQUE ISLE – Presque Isle High School has received a $750 grant from the ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program to support the school’s guidance department programs. The company worked with Suzanne Hews, director of guidance, to secure this grant, one of 2,400 available to schools across the country served by Exxon or Mobil stations.

The grant was made possible by funding from the ExxonMobil Corp. and will be used to support career and college exploration for the students of PIHS.

The ExxonMobil Educational Alliance program is designed to provide Exxon and Mobil retailers with an opportunity to invest in the future of their communities through educational grants to neighborhood schools.
