Clarence MacPherson, 30, Presque Isle: failing to register vehicle, $100 fine.
Richard Mahan, 78, Mars Hill: violating protective order (three counts), 15 days in jail (first), 30 days in jail (second and third); and violating condition of release (three counts), 15 days in jail (first), 30 days in jail (second and third).
Matthew Martin, 19, Caribou: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Charlene Francine Mazerolle, 29, Tobique First Nation, N.B.: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Sean McIntyre, Sr., 31, Presque Isle: probation violation, jail, probation revoked.
John A. McNamee II, 19, Fort Fairfield: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, dismissed.
Frank R. Mejias, 43, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $20.39 restitution and 40 hours’ community service.
Meghan A. Merchant, 22, Mapleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $300 fine.
Mark Mitchell, 19, Oromocto, N.B.: minor transporting liquor, filed on $100 costs.
Frederick W. Moreau, 44, Mapleton: operating snowmobile left of center, $100 fine.
Stephanie Moreland, 23, Presque Isle: criminal mischief and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
Joseph M. Morelli, 53, Presque Isle: obstructing public ways, $150 fine.
Kenneth T. Morrow, 42, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, $250 fine and 24 hours in jail.
Alisha Murray, 18, Presque Isle: false public alarm or report, $200 fine and 40 hours’ community service.
Christopher E. Nelson, 29, Fort Fairfield: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
Dustin L. Oakes, 29, Ashland: violation of rule, fishing closed waters, $200 fine.
Danielle R. Ouellette, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, $200 fine (each); and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, dismissed.
Shean Pineau, 29, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and seven days in jail; and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth, five days in jail.
Harold Reynolds, 63, Presque Isle: assault (two counts), $500 fine and five days in jail (first), dismissed (second); and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Josh M. Robinson, 20, Ashland: littering, $100 fine.
Kirby Seward, 45, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Kirk Sharp, 29, Castle Hill: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and probation violation, 80 days in jail, probation revoked.
Phillip A. Sheridan, 31, Houlton: operating snowmobile on public way, $100 fine.
Amanda K. Sherman, 32, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
Anthony St. Thomas, 22, Caribou: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
Tabitha L. Sullivan, 18, Fort Fairfield: minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
Chelsey J. Tisdale, 19, Vassalboro: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., and $350 fine.
