DISTRICT COURT
PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in District Court in Presque Isle during the month of March.
Jeremy Trotter, 24, Easton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service; and OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Rodney Turcotte, 39, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, $300 fine, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and two years’ probation; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
Fernando Luis Vasquez, 34, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal mischief, dismissed (each).
Camille Kirk Voisine, 43, Presque Isle: assault, $500 fine and 40 hours’ community service.
Brad W. Winger, 24, Presque Isle: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
Christopher R. Winship, 24, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, forgery, and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail (each) and $500 restitution (first).
Brent L. Wright, 51, Presque Isle: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, six months in jail, all but seven days suspended, one year probation and three years’ license and registration suspended; and violating condition of release, 40 hours’ community service.
Mikey York, 34, Mars Hill: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
