CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of March.

Dustin D. Badger, 19, Stockholm: burglary, 18 months in prison, all but 22 days suspended, one year’s probation and $541.26 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 22 days in jail (each); and burglary of a motor vehicle, 22 days in jail and $506.88 restitution.

 

Christopher S. Bartley, 31, Presque Isle: assault, 48 hours in jail; criminal mischief, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail; and domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed.

William Bilodeau, 21, Caribou: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine and $250 restitution; and criminal mischief, dismissed.

Ian M. Bourgoin, 24, Saint Francis: assault, $300 fine and seven days in jail; and criminal mischief, $250 fine.

Scott H. Bridges, 37, Bangor: operating under the influence, one prior, $1,000 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

Angela Brooks, 55, Presque Isle: OUI, $600 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Shelley M. Bruey, 44, Fort Kent: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail, one year’s license suspension and 40 hours’ community service; failing to stop, provide information and theft by unauthorized use of property, dismissed (each).

Bruce W. Cameron, 43, Jefferson, Vt.: violating condition of release, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail; and theft by receiving stolen property, $400 fine and 48 hours in jail.

Shawn C. Campbell, 22, Caribou: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Julie M. Carr, 32, Mars Hill: gross sexual assault and sexual exploitation of minor under 12 by parent, 15 years in prison (each).

Kurt R. Chasse, 24, Van Buren: false public alarm or report and failing to make oral or written accident report, seven days in jail (each).

Corey Conroy, 26, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one year’s license suspension; and OUI, one prior, $1,100 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 21 days suspended, one year’s license suspension and three years’ registration suspension.

Matthew A. Cote, 25, Connor Twp.: OUI, one prior, not guilty.

Benjamin Cyr, 25, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, fighting, 10 days in jail, all suspended, admin. release sentence six months.

Keith R. Cyr, 40, Van Buren: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $250 fine.

Eric D. Deabay, 34, Ashland: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.

Erica M. Doody, 22, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Ryan P. Dorsey, 27, Fort Fairfield: failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension; and OUI, dismissed.

Judy A. Emery, 42, Caribou: stealing drugs, not guilty.

Allen S. Fleming, 29, Presque Isle: burglary, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 60 days in jail and $500 restitution.

Jason Forbes, 37, Castle Hill: threatening display of weapon, filed on $200 costs.

Sarah L. Fortier, 28, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $250 fine, six months in jail, all but five days suspended, admin. release sentence one year and $199.98 restitution (first) and $250 fine, five days in jail and $4.97 restitution (second).

Joseph P. Gagnon, 20, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts), $400 fine and 364 days in jail (first and second), and $3,000 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended and two years’ probation (third); violating condition of release, six months in jail; and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.

Robert Garrett, Jr., 21, Presque Isle: stealing drugs, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary, dismissed (each).

Myles Gonzalez, 24, Fort Kent: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $3,000 fine, five years in prison, all but 30 months suspended, three years’ probation and $420 restitution (first), and $400 fine and 30 months in prison (second).

Gough’s Trucking Service, Mapleton: violating fuel tax licensing or reporting, $250 fine.

Joyce Ann Haines, 54, Mapleton: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

David Hancock, 26, Limestone: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.

Christine Hart, 26, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $250 fine, five days in jail and $199.98 restitution (first) and $250 fine, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended, admin. release sentence one year and $34.88 restitution (second); and operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.

Jeff Victor Hartley, 22, Houlton: violating condition of release, 90 days in jail; violating protective order from harassment, six months in jail; and domestic violence terrorizing, priors, nine months in jail.

Joshua E. Hawksley, 19, Mars Hill: driving to endanger (two counts), $575 fine and 30-day license suspension (first) and dismissed (second).

Chase G. Higgins, 25, Presque Isle: OUI, filed on $600 costs.

Lucas D. Higgins, 24, Mapleton: failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, $400 fine.

Crystal M. Hill, 22, Easton: assault (two counts), $500 fine (each); and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

Jack R. Hodshon, 46, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; and assault, dismissed.

Juanita Hodshon, 76, Presque Isle: driving to endanger, dismissed.

Christopher R. Horan, 29, Augusta: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), three months in jail (each); burglary (two counts), three months in jail (first) and 18 months in prison, all but three months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,505 restitution (second).

Tammie Howard, 41, Lewiston: probation violation, 92 days in jail, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

Heather Jordan, 26, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.

Michael R. Kelley, 55, Ashland: OUI, one prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 90 days in jail; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.

Cindy L. Labelle, 50, Presque Isle: OUI, $600 fine and 90-day license suspension.

Danielle L. Langille, 39, Presque Isle: OUI, one prior and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).

Katrina L. Lank, 36, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug (two counts), $400 fine, 364 days in jail, all suspended, one year’s probation (first) and $400 fine, 364 days in jail, all but 20 days suspended and one year’s probation (second); and stealing drugs, dismissed.

Joshua R. Lee, 23, Haynesville: domestic violence terrorizing, priors, two years in prison; domestic violence assault, priors, five years in prison, all but two years suspended and four years’ probation; carrying concealed weapon, 364 days in prison; violating condition of release, two years in prison; and tampering with witness, informant, juror or victim, four years in prison, all but two years suspended and three years’ probation.

Michael Adam Levesque, 31, Connor Twp.: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one month’ license suspension; OUI, two priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and six years’ license and registration suspension; unlawful use of license and failing to give correct name, address or date of birth, dismissed (each); aggravated forgery (two counts), six months in jail (first) and six years in prison, all but 17 months suspended and two years’ probation (second); and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.

Ronald J. Levesque, 68, Madawaska: assault, filed on $350 costs.

Thomas M. Levesque, 50, Grand Isle: unlawful possession of gift moose, $300 fine; and possessing fish in violation, $125 fine.

Chelsea L. Lewis, 21, Van Buren: disorderly conduct, fighting, dismissed.

Kyle Lyford, violating protective order from harassment and violating condition of release, 18 days in jail (each); and probation violation, 18 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Robert McBreairty, Jr., 66, St. Francis: failing to clearly mark property lines, unlawful cutting of trees by another and failing to obtain permission from abutting landowner, dismissed (each).

Doraina L. McGinnis, 39, Palmyra: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $600 fine and 48 hours in jail; and stealing drugs, dismissed.

Clarence Michaud, 50, Grand Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Gail M. Michaud, 41, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 48 hours in jail and $1,300 restitution.

Dawn Michelle Morrison, 41, Woodland: OUI, three priors, $2,100 fine, five years in prison, all but one year suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license and registration suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, dismissed.

Andreanna M. Munson, 24, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed.

Donald Ray O’Clair, 42, Ashland: hunting on Sunday, filed on $250 costs.

Eric O’Connor, 26, Washburn: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, two years in prison, all but nine months one day suspended, two years’ probation and $90 restitution.

Myles P. Ouellette, 25, Van Buren: stealing drugs, $400 fine and 18 months in prison; unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, dismissed; burglary, eight years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $26,665 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), 18 months in prison (each).

Jason A. Parlin, 32, Springvale: terrorizing, not guilty.

Marianne A. Paul, 24, New Sweden: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 12 months in prison, all but 15 days suspended, two years’ probation and $329 restitution.

Heather Pelletier, 28, Caribou: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.

Philip E. Sprague, Jr., 47, Presque Isle: operating after habitual offender revocation, three priors, $1,000 fine and three years in prison; and failing to stop for officer, six months in jail.

Craig St. Pierre, 20, Van Buren: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.

Raymond Tarbox, 33, Mars Hill: assault, endangering the welfare of a child, driving to endanger and domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed (each).

Roger J. Theriault, 67, Carmel: criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture; illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, one year in prison; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $5,000 fine, four years in prison, all but one year suspended and two years’ probation.

Travis J. Theriault, 21, Frenchville: burglary (two counts), four months in jail (first), six years in prison, all but four months suspended, three years’ probation and $11,631.42 restitution (second); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), four months in jail (each); aggravated criminal mischief (three counts), four months in jail (each); attaching false plates, $150 fine; and forgery, 48 hours in jail.

Trevor Tompkins, 21, Fort Kent: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $500 fine; and domestic violence assault, dismissed.

Clayton W. Turner, 38, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; violating condition of release (three counts), dismissed (first), 30 days in jail (second), and two years in prison, all but 57 days suspended and two years’ probation (third).

James P. Walsh, 20, Hampden: attaching false plates, dismissed.

Chauncey Warren, 29, Bloomfield, Conn.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $3,000 fine, eight years in prison, all but three years suspended, three years’ probation and $320 restitution; and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.
