Local residents earn degrees
Salt Lake City — The following local residents graduated from Western Governors University (www.wgu.edu):
Melissa Perley, of Fort Fairfield, received her master of arts in science education degree; and
Celeste Mathie, of Presque Isle, received her bachelor of arts in interdisciplinary studies degree.
