Students garner annual All-Aroostook honors

    The Aroostook League has developed an awards program for their member schools to honor athletes as “All-Aroostook” for their accomplishments during the fall season.
    “All-Aroostook” soccer players are selected by a vote of the coaches, while golf and cross country honorees are selected by criteria established by the Aroostook League.
    Athletes are awarded an “All-Aroostook” certificate.
    Cross country boys: Caribou, Caleb Chapman, Zeb Johnson, Lucas Kinney, Ron Lund, Jesse Sandstrom and Ryan Washington; Fort Kent, Eric Deschene; Greater Houlton Christian Academy, Ethan Holmes, Russell Socoby and Micah Wiley; Hodgdon, Nick Lunn; Presque Isle, Matt Eager and Saul Nunez and Washburn, Nick Bragg, Michael Ericson and Anthony Viola.
    Cross country girls: Caribou, Chelsea Bard, Mackenzie Belyea, Renee Dube, Nerissa Larrabee, Robyn Larrabee, Katie Plourde and Ashley Richards; Fort Kent, Kelsey Pelletier and Cassidy Spencer; Greater Houlton Christian Academy, Destinee Neureuther; Limestone/MSSM, Helen Roberts; Presque Isle, Amanda Palmer and Washburn, Carmen Bragg, Marianne Helton, Carsyn Koch, Joan Overman and Kenzie Worcester.
