Houlton Regional Hospital employees, Kate McKissick, left, and Patrice Lunnie, stand by the “Giving Tree” located in the concourse of the hospital. Gifts collected are given to Northern Lighthouse, an Aroostook County agency working with families from Oakfield to northern Maine. The public is welcome to choose tags from the tree. Gifts need to be returned with the tag, either wrapped or unwrapped, by noon, Dec. 16.
