The following cases were heard in the District Court in Caribou during the month of October.

Norman F. Akerson, Jr., 52, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, dismissed.

Gina L. Ayer, 24, Caribou: violating condition of release, dismissed.

Linda Barnett, 60, Van Buren: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug and recklessly endangering welfare of dependent person, dismissed (each).

Steven Belmain, 48, Washburn: domestic violence assault, not guilty.

Glen Bragdon, Jr., 36, Caribou: violating condition of release, $300 fine; and operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed.

Christopher L. Bragg, 29, Castle Hill: escape and violating condition of release, 60 days in jail (each).

Brandon Burlock, 18, Caribou: criminal mischief, $250 fine.

Nathan C. Corbin, 20, Caribou: assault, $300 fine, 11 months in jail, all but five months suspended, one-year probation and $5,512 restitution; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.

Billie Jo Corey, 31, Washburn: violating condition of release, $200 fine.

Jean Francoeur, 54, Frenchville: criminal attempt, $300 fine.

Chad Gagnon, 26, Caribou: reckless conduct, $1,000 fine; theft by unauthorized use of property and operating under the influence, dismissed (each).

Jeffrey T. Hardgrove, 35, Washburn: disorderly conduct, fighting and violating condition of release, not guilty (each).

Katy Harris, 42, Limestone: violating condition of release, 15 days in jail.

Matthew L. Jandreau, 23, Stockholm: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $350 fine and $1,400 restitution.

Stanton Jones, 19, Albany, Ga.: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, filed on $250 costs (each); and minor consuming liquor, dismissed.

Candy King, 31, Limestone: keeping unlicensed dog and allowing dog to be at-large, $50 fine (each).

Zacharias LaVallee, 19, Caribou: criminal use of electronic weapon and assault, dismissed (each); and criminal mischief, $1,000 fine and $200 restitution.

Ralph D. Levesque, Jr., 24, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine; violating condition of release, seven days in jail; and OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

Nicholette Martin, 29, Presque Isle: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.

John A. McBreairty, 19, Caribou: assault and criminal use of electronic weapon, dismissed (each); and reckless conduct, $1,000 fine.

Keith K. McGraw, 35, Caribou: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed; and passing stopped school bus, not guilty.

Sandra Ouellette, 54, Connor Twp.: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.

Adam Peckham, 23, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $150 fine; and assault, dismissed.

Craig L. Perry, 23, Fort Fairfield: altering or forging motor vehicle title, $600 fine and 48 hours in jail; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.

Samantha Plante, 20, Bangor: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, six months in jail, all suspended and one-year probation; and violating condition of release, $500 fine and 10 days in jail.

Darrell J. Theriault, 24, Hamlin: violating condition of release, two days in jail.

Jared D. Thompson, 22, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 72 hours in jail.

Jeremy Tompkins, 35, Caribou: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.

Jebadiah Ulrich, 30, Perham: operating vehicle without license, $100 fine and unconditional discharge.
