• Damian Argraves, 20, Mapleton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine.
• Brian Bailey, 33, Lyman: rule violation, $200 fine.
• James Ballance, 54, Rockville, Md.: fraudulently obtaining license or permit, dismissed; violation of fishing rule, $100 fine.
• Jessica L. Barnes, 29, Fort Fairfield: negotiating a worthless instrument, dismissed.
• Jody A. Beaulieu, 43, Fort Fairfield: possession of fireworks, $100 fine.
• Scott A. Bernaiche, 24, Fort Fairfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $200 costs.
• James Bernard, 49, Presque Isle: violating protective order, dismissed.
• Steven F. Bouchard, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 30 days in jail.
• Timothy Brecht, 31, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Miles Brown, Jr., 21, Woodland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $200 fine (each).
• Joel Canales, 54, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $103.40 restitution.
• Cavendish Farms Operations, Presque Isle: violating hazardous material regulation, $250 fine.
• Mathew Cushman, 18, Belmont: operating vehicle without license, $150 fine.
• Robert M. Cushman, 46, Belmont: permitting unlawful use, $200 fine.
• Valerie L. Daley, 43, Woodland: criminal mischief, filed on $200 costs.
• Joseph Davis, 36, Presque Isle: fugitive from justice, dismissed.
• Mandi Deason, 18, Fort Fairfield: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Mark Desmond, 42, Mapleton: violating condition of release, dismissed; motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension; and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
• Philip J. Doughty, 70, Sarasota, Fla.: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, filed on $250 costs.
• Karen Endy, 41, Bridgewater: carrying passenger on ATV without headgear, $100 fine.
• Nicholas Aaron Flewelling, 21, Easton: criminal mischief, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail and $848.23 restitution.
• Danielle Foster, 37, Lebanon: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
• Jeremy S. Fuller, 20, Presque Isle: criminal mischief, dismissed.
• Lacie J. Gagnon, 20, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; and violating condition of release, $250 fine and 15 days in jail.
• Ashley Marie Guerrette, 23, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, condition/restriction, filed on $250 costs.
• Nicholas W. Hall, 26, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Donald Hayes, 61, Fort Fairfield: littering, $100 fine.
