    HOULTON – Leonie Spaulding, 90, died Dec. 29, 2011 at a local healthcare facility. She was born Nov. 19, 1921 at Camden, the daughter of Alfred and Phyllis (Thompson) Clarence.
    Leonie proudly served elderly clients on behalf of the Aroostook Area Agency on Aging for over 12 years, retiring at the young age of 82. She loved her family and will be greatly missed by them.
    Leonie is survived by two sons, Gary Spaulding of TX, Randall Spaulding Sr. of Bangor, two grandsons, Randall Spaulding, Jr. and his wife, Gina, of NV, Matthew Benn of Bridgewater; and a great-granddaughter Jessica Spaulding. She was predeceased by her husband John Spaulding.
