    Kathy J. Bartley, 45, Houlton: theft of services, filed on $100 costs.
    Nikki Lee Bourgeois, 27, Orient: operating vehicle without license, filed on $100 costs.
    Lauren R. Calbi, 20, Merrill: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine.
    David O. Crandall, 22, Oakfield: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
    Kevin G. Cummings, 20, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $50.44 restitution.
    Leroy E. Davis, 76, Danforth: wasting a wild bird or wild animal, dismissed; and hunting or possessing animal or bird, closed season, $1,000 fine.
    Kaleb K. Dicker, 21, Danforth: shooting from motor vehicle or motorboat, $200 fine.
    Benjamin C. Duff, 19, Monticello: minor transporting liquor, filed without costs.
    Tyler Dwyer, 20, Linneus: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $425 restitution.
    Ian Gardner, 19, Linneus: minor transporting liquor, dismissed; and minor possessing liquor, $200 fine.
    Frank W. Grass, 65, Orrington: allowing junior hunter violation, $100 fine.
    Roger A. Green, 70, Portsmouth, N.H.: loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, $200 fine.
    Colleen M. Grinnell, 22, Hersey: domestic violence assault, $500 fine and 50 hours’ community service.
    Jennifer R. Hetherington, 35, Hodgdon: burning prohibited material, filed on $50 costs.
    Jack G. Hutchinson, 54, Toronto: rule violation, operating after disqualified, $500 fine.
    Daryl Norman Johnstone, 34, Fredericton, N.B.: importation of tobacco products, dismissed; and importing spirits into Maine, $150 fine.
    Amanda Keaton, 19, Monticello: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
    Michael Kirschmann, 31, Caribou: indecent conduct, $400 fine.
    Crystal M. Ladd, 19, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and $50.44 restitution.
    Justin E. Lincoln, 24, Houlton: failing to present ATV registration, dismissed.
    Daniel Thomas Maccabee, 51, Madison, Wisc.: creating a police standoff, $2,277.53 restitution.
    Vincent A. Mastracchio, 46, Bethel: guide knowingly assisting client in criminal violation, filed on $300 costs.
    Robin McClure, 48, Okeechobee, Fla.: operating vehicle without license, dismissed.
    Gus Mentis, 49, Comox, B.C.: rule violation operating after disqualified, $500 fine.
    Jenna Merritt, 27, Hodgdon: attaching false plates, $200 fine.
    Jeffrey S. Miller, 52, Houlton: cultivating marijuana, $500 fine.
    Rebecca L. Nersessian, 25, Presque Isle: failing to report, seven days in jail.
    Joseph D. Osgood, 51, Springfield: rule violation, $100 fine.
    Jordan K. Pelkey, 19, Stacyville: violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Dustin K. Potter, 21, Ludlow: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $200 fine.
    Ashley Quint, 25, Houlton: OUI, prior, $700 fine, 60 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension;  and operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $500 fine.
    Robert A. Rich, 24, Haynesville: assault, dismissed.
    Joseph W. Roberts, 27, Marion Bridge, Nova Scotia: illegal importation of scheduled drugs, $500 fine.
    Chris Robinson, 28, Sherman: violation of fishing rule (two counts), $100 fine (each).
    Gary W. Roshto, Jr., 43, Crystal: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
    Robert L. Rutty, Jr., 22, Island Falls: operating unregistered ATV, $200 fine.
    Chester J. Scott, 22, Littleton: forgery, six months in jail.
    Jerry J. Seel, Jr., 42, Van Buren: fugitive from justice, extradiction ordered.
    Timothy M. Shorey, 43, Portland: criminal trespass, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Kyle Stewart, 24, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Scott R. Totten, 26, Houlton: aggravated cultivating of marijuana, $400 fine and 14 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 14 days in jail.
    Ronald Trecartin, Jr., 29, Houlton: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
     Lee Ann Vanbruchem Lacharite, 39, Island Falls: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
    Jesse Varney, 20, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine.
    Caleb Watson, 18, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Curtis Wilcox, 34, Linneus: operating after license suspended, $250 fine.
    Nicholas Wildes, 25, Westbrook: operating after habitual offender revocation, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.
    Lucas E. Wiley, 29, Houlton: criminal trespass and violating condition of release, dismissed (each); theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), $200 fine (each) and $500 restitution (second).
