CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of November.
• Eric Allen Argraves, Sr., 38, Castle Hill: terrorizing, acquitted.
• Dustin D. Badger, 19, Stockholm: probation violation, 17 months, eight days in prison and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, 42 months in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $1,391.51 restitution; assault, dismissed; and escape, 90 days in jail.
• Alan J. Bouchard, 33, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine, 10 days in jail, all suspended, six months administrative release sentence and $1,270 restitution.
• Christopher L. Brown, 23, Caribou: probation violation, nine months in jail and probation revoked.
• Clifford E. Clark, 37, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 24 months in prison and $12,387 restitution.
• Patrick R. Cochran, 23, Dixfield: probation violation, four months in jail and probation revoked.
• Norberto Colon, 27, Washburn: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation revoked and probation continued.
• Benjamin Cyr, 26, Fort Kent: reckless conduct, filed on $250 costs.
• Antoine J. Dube, 61, St. Leonard, N.B.: criminal forfeiture of property (four counts), forfeiture.
• Joseph A. Engebretson, 34, Wallagrass: probation violation, 58 days in jail and probation continued.
• Bennett H. Gahagan, 24, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine, six months in jail, all but 15 days suspended and one-year probation; robbery, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 15 days in jail.
• Gary F. Giggey, II, 45, Fort Fairfield: unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, $600 fine, 30 months in prison, all but 90 days suspended, two years’ probation and $70 restitution.
• Elaine M. Godin, 45, Washburn: criminal trespass, 48 hours in jail.
• Jonathon D. Hale, 28, Brewer: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Michael C. Hoague, 26, Van Buren: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors (two counts), dismissed.
• Taylor R. Hodsdon, 20, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary of a motor vehicle, 30 days in jail (each).
• Tammie Howard, 42, Lewiston: probation violation, one year in prison, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Adam P. Jalbert, 23, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and assault, dismissed (each); and criminal trespass, 30 days in jail.
• James Joseph, 23, Brockton, Mass.: assault, $500 fine; and unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
• Sean R. Levasseur, 28, Presque Isle: probation violation, 60 days in jail and probation continued.
• Kyle E. Lyford, 23, Presque Isle: probation violation, two years in prison and probation revoked.
• Richard Mahan, 78, Mars Hill: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Melissa O’Neill, 30, Wade: probation violation, 45 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Corey Ouellette, 34, St. Francis: violating protective order, 45 days in jail.
• Joseph R. Ouellette, 18, St. John: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, dismissed.
• Jared Page, 27, Madawaska: domestic violence assault, acquitted.
• Jessica L. Parsons, 29, Ashland: probation violation, 15 days in jail and probation revoked.
• Edward K. Peckham, 50, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, six months in jail; and probation violation, six months in jail, probation continued.
• Jamison M. Rocheleau, 39, Bridgewater: criminal mischief, 10 days in jail and $400 restitution; and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Leslie Smith, Jr., 24, Woodland: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), $400 fine and 364 days in prison (first) and $3,000 fine, four years in prison, all but 13 months suspended and three years’ probation (second).
• Christian Sorenson, 50, Caribou: probation violation, 10 months in jail and probation continued.
• Philip E. Sprague, Jr., 47, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and criminal threatening, dismissed (each); and aggravated assault, one year in prison.
• Craig St. Pierre, 21, Van Buren: violating condition of release, $250 fine and $45 restitution; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• Craig V. St. Pierre, 31, Van Buren: burglary, dismissed.
• Lynn C. Taylor, 64, Portage Lake: theft by misapplication of property, 30 days in jail.
• Darrell J. Theriault, 24, Hamlin: burglary, dismissed.
• Robert A. Van Houten, 30, Presque Isle: probation violation, 68 days in jail and probation continued.
