Fun event for OTC clients

PRESQUE ISLE — OTC clients will be the guests of honor on Wednesday, March 7, for Fun Day festivities — an annual event that takes place at the Shriners’ Building on the Houlton Road, hosted and members of the Presque Isle Snowmobile Club.
“Annually the PISC hosts a Fun Day for the clients of the Opportunity Training Center. This is a day that we give these special people snowmobile rides and treat them to lunch, including hamburgers and a beverage,” said Dave Steeves, event organizer.
Steeves said just seeing the look on participants’ faces makes the event worthwhile.
“The joy shown in their faces has made this annual event grow every year — not only in residents participating but also the number of snowmobilers giving their time,” said Steeves.
The event is scheduled to take place from 8 a.m. to noon.
