ONE EXTREME TO ANOTHER — Mother Nature kept people guessing this past week as temperatures fluctuated greatly. Last Thursday, the area was given another dose of winter with several inches of snow falling, much to the delight of Chloe, left, and Carissa Michaud of Houlton, who took the opporutnity to build a snow family, including a dog. They are the daughters of Kate and Patrick Michaud. By the weekend, much of the snow was fading fast as temperatures soared to the lower 70s. Many residents took the opportunity to enjoy springtime activies, like Ryan Heath who enjoyed tossing the football in shorts and a tank-top.
