PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of February.
• Travis Mastro, 32, Mapleton: violating snowmobile noise level limits, $100 fine.
• Zackary J. McClay, 20, Mars Hill: violating protective order, $250 fine.
• Angelique A. McDonald, 19, Presque Isle: minor consuming liquor, $200 fine.
• Michael A. McGlinn, 23, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $400 fine and 24 hours in jail.
• Kristina McLellan, 28, Westfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Timothy C. Michaud, 45, Presque Isle: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Joseph Monahan, 26, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, $300 fine and 60 days in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
• Duston M. Munsell, 27, Presque Isle: criminal trespass and violating condition of release, 10 days in jail (each).
• Robert L. Murray, Jr., 61, Presque Isle: failing to register vehicle, $150 fine.
• Victor Negron, Jr., 35, Presque Isle: fugitive from justice, extradited to Florida.
• Adam R. Nichols, 27, Limestone: possession of hypodermic apparatuses, $300 fine.
• Aaron Nightingale, 19, Presque Isle: minor giving false age to order liquor, $200 fine.
• Angela D. Orr, 24, Limestone: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed.
• James L. Parlin, 39, Allensville, Tenn,: criminal mischief, 10 days in jail and $894.43 restitution.
• Sheldon Leroy Plant, Jr., 47, Saco: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., dismissed.
• Amanda Rakes, 18, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $5 restitution.
• Joshua Paul Rand, 24, Presque Isle: failing to register vehicle, $150 fine.
• Amanda S. Rounds, 24, Bangor: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, $1,000 fine and 50 hours’ community service; violating condition of release, $500 fine; and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Jonathan P. Rouse, 30, Presque Isle: probation violation, 85 days in jail and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), dismissed (first), 96 hours in jail (second); and violating condition of release, $300 fine and 96 hours in jail.
• Octavio Sanabria, 34, Presque Isle: violating condition of release, $500 fine and seven days in jail.
• Jack Emery Shannon, Sr., 60, Westfield: assault, $300 fine.
• Pauline Sherwood, 58, Van Buren: criminal trespass, $500 fine and seven days in jail.
• Natasha N. Stewart, 30, Westfield: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $300 fine; and forgery, five days in jail and $735 restitution.
• Scott Campbell Thomson, 35, Dyer Brook: obstructing report of crime, five days in jail; and domestic violence assault, $300 fine, six months in jail, all but 10 days suspended and two years’ probation.
• Crystal Tracy, 24, Caribou: criminal attempt, dismissed.
• Daniel T. Wardwell, 21, Presque Isle: probation violation, 10 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Andrew S. Webb, 39, Limestone: operating while license suspended or revoked, OUI, $600 fine, seven days in jail and one year license suspension.
• Blair E. Webb, 48, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, $500 fine, 10 months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one year probation.
• David L. Wilcox, 32, Presque Isle: probation violation, 30 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Timothy S. Wilcox, 52, Easton: operating unregistered snowmobile, $200 fine.
• Norman Willette, 77, Appleton: violating protective order, $400 fine.
