Grand Jury indicts 49 individuals

    The Aroostook County grand jury completed its third session of 2012 on May 11 and handed down 52 indictments against 49 individuals without any “no bills.”
    Among those indicted were:
    Timothy M. Bolstridge, 29, Masardis: assault.
    Carroll E. Parady, Jr., 43, Veazie: gross sexual assault and unlawful sexual contact.
    Darren P. LaPointe, 25, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault
    Robert Dunham, 27, Biddeford: criminal operating under the influence and operating after revocation.
    Jeri R. Nightingale, 28, Mars Hill: theft (two counts), theft of services and violating conditions of release.
    Timothy Layton, 29, Presque Isle: burglary, theft and criminal mischief.
    Dennis J. Clair, 33, Bridgewater: theft.
    Richard N. Croman, 55, Presque Isle: domestic violence terrorizing.
    Jason E. Willette, 36, Caribou: domestic violence stalking.
    Matthew L. Saucier, 27, Presque Isle: theft.
    Craig B. Walton, 27, Presque Isle: burglary, theft (two counts), criminal mischief, misuse of ID and violating conditions of release.
    Katie A. Farris, 30, Ashland: theft (two counts) and violating condition of release.
    Jason I. Wright, 27, Presque Isle: criminal OUI and aggravated operating after revocation.
    Paul L. Langenbach, 32, St. Francis: violating conditions of release.
    Desiree V. Bennett, 21, Limestone: burglary, theft, forgery and stealing drugs.
    Jared R. Ellis, 18, Presque Isle: burglary (two counts), theft (two counts), forgery and stealing drugs (two counts).
    Vincent C. Perkins, 19, Presque Isle: burglary (two counts), theft (two counts), forgery and stealing drugs (two counts).
    Roy E. Woods, 67, Caribou: unlawful sexual contact (three counts), assault (two counts) and unlawful sexual touching.
    Scott B. Greene, 30, Presque Isle: assault, tampering with witness and obstructing report of crime or injury.
    Nathan R. Richards, 29, Patten: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs (three counts).
    Devin E. Delisle, 26, Caribou: negotiating a worthless instrument.
    Mark L. Brazier, 27, Mapleton: theft by deception.
    Heather M. Pelletier, 29, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Joey E. Thibodeau, 41, Caribou: aggravated assault, domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing.
    Andrew A. Morrow, 30, Van Buren: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Sasha M. Pullen, 25, Houlton: forgery, theft (two counts) and theft by unauthorized taking with priors.
    Gary K. Cyr, 58, Van Buren: operating after revocation.
    Vicki S. Steggall, 48, Limestone: burglary, criminal restraint and assault.
    Samantha P. Corbin, 44, Caribou: theft.
    Matthew J. Pelletier, 20, Fort Kent: unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal OUI.
    David Cray, 43, Presque Isle: possession of sexually explicit material.
    Barry A. Goodall, 27, Littleton: operating after revocation, use of counterfeit certificate of inspection, improper plates and forgery.
    Brian King, 55, Ludlow: aggravated criminal mischief, OUI and failing to report accident.
    Crystal D. Rushton, 37, Debert, N.S.: unlawful possession of methamphetamine and unlawful possession of scheduled drugs.
    Gary L. Sanders, 58, Linneus: violating bail.
    Cristen J. Jackson, 43, Hartford, Conn.: possession of a firearm by a felon.
    Kyle J. Nickerson, 24, Houlton: unlawful possession of marijuana.
    Garrett J. Brewer, 34, Presque Isle: unlawful trafficking in methamphetamine (two counts).
    Artimus J. Williams, 40, Littleton: theft by unauthorized taking and theft by unauthorized taking with priors.
    Gary “Wayne” Roshto, 44, Crystal: burglary, theft by unauthorized taking and criminal mischief.
    Daniel N. Miller, 20, Limestone: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and violating bail.
    Brandon A. Hafford, 21, Presque Isle: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts).
    Amber Getchell, 19, Chapman: aggravated trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) and violating condition of release.
    Brian R. Holmes, 32, Easton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts).
    Lucy M. Allen, 28, Easton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts) and possession of scheduled drugs.
    Curtis D. Barnes, 32, Easton: unlawful trafficking of scheduled drugs (two counts) and possession of scheduled drugs.
    Reggie A. McGary, 31, Houlton: domestic violence assault and violating bail.
