    HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the months of March and April.
    Dwayne D. Anderson, 50, Houlton: probation violation, 60 days in jail and probation revoked.
    Melissa R. Anderson, 37, Houlton: probation violation, 45 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Robert R. Anderson, 61, Oakfield: assault, 180 days in jail, all but 15 days suspended and one-year probation; and violating condition of release, $300 fine, 180 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
    Joshua T. Clark, 28, Linneus: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release and theft by receiving stolen property, 60 days in jail (each).
    Matthew T. Clark, 32, Saco: probation violation, four years in prison and probation revoked; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, four years in prison and $7,850 restitution; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
    Rebecca L. Condon, 28, Smyrna Mills: probation violation, no sentence imposed.
    Leonard P. Devoe, 44, Houlton: theft by receiving stolen property, 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
    Jeremiah A. Drew, 22, Houlton: terrorizing, dismissed.
    Thomas F. Duclos, 64, Hodgdon: criminal threatening, 120 days in jail, all but 10 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
    Shayne W. Ellis, 30, Brewer: unlawful possession of synthetic hallucinogens, dismissed.
    Michael J. Epley, 35, Patten: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (three counts), 60 days in jail (first, third) and 14 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and one year plus six months probation (second).
    Tammy L. Estabrook, 39, Haynesville: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
    Bryan R. Flewelling, 23, Houlton: assault, dismissed.
    Joseph R. Hamel, 25, Hodgdon: operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine; assault, $500 fine, 180 days in jail, all but five days suspended and one-year probation; and operating under the influence, $500 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Crystal L. Hitchcock, 28, Oakfield: stealing drugs and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, dismissed (each).
    Stephen Holmes, 47, New Limerick: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Thomas E. Hunter, 29, Littleton: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
    Karla M. Libby, 55, Smyrna Mills: unlawful possession of oxycodone, dismissed; and OUI, $500 fine, 72 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
    Meredith M. McKissick, 39, Orient: theft by deception (four counts), dismissed (first, fourth), 30 days in jail, all suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (second), $400 fine (third); and theft of services, dismissed.
    Scott A. McKissick, 39, Orient: theft by deception (four counts), dismissed (second, fourth), seven days in jail (first), 180 days in prison, all but seven days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence (third); and theft of services, priors, dismissed.
    Kevin Murray, 36, Bridgewater: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine and 42 months in prison.
    Ryan R. Nason, 22, Houlton: burglary, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended, three years’ probation and $5,895 restitution; violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), 18 months in prison (each).
    Sandra Perkins, 44, Presque Isle: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Dyan M. Reeves, 35, Linneus: probation violation, 33 months in prison and probation revoked; and trafficking in prison contraband, 30 months in prison, all but 12 months suspended and two years’ probation.
    Susan R. Rich, 40, Patten: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), 60 days in jail (first), 14 months in prison, all but 60 days suspended and one year, six months probation (second); and criminal attempt, 60 days in jail.
    Trevor A. Robichaud, 37, Mars Hill: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine.
    Philip A. Salb, 24, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of property, dismissed (each).
    Jason L. Tapley, 29, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail.
    Ray W. Varney, 23, Houlton: assault, dismissed.
    Tara Lynn Walton, 44, Houlton: burglary, dismissed.
    Kimberly L. Williams, 42, Littleton: endangering the welfare of a child, dismissed.
    Douglas E. Wyman, 21, Houlton: stealing drugs (two counts), $500 fine, 30 days in jail, all suspended, one-year administrative release sentence and 50 hours’ community service (first), dismissed (second); and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $500 fine.
    Lacey A. Malone, 25, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation.
    Clayton C. Michaud, 20, Houlton: domestic violence assault, priors (two counts), three months in prison (first), three months in jail (second); and violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (first) and three months in prison (second).
    Robert D. Nelson, 25, Orono: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts) dismissed (each); and escape, 265 days in jail.
    Johnathan B. Newcomb, 48, Vernon, Conn.: criminal trespass, filed without costs.
    Matthew Ramsay, 35, Houlton: probation violation, probation continued and no sentence imposed.
    Brian R. Sanford, 29, Oakfield, theft by deception, $300 fine.
    Reginald Stockford, 39, Johnville, N.B.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $2,479.17 fine and four years in prison.
    Eric Totten, 25, Weston: assault, $500 fine, 60 days in jail and one-year administrative release sentence.
    Alan L. Washburn, 44, Lisbon: probation violation, 40 days in jail and probation partially revoked.
