DISTRICT COURT
PRESQUE ISLE — The following cases were heard in the District Court in Presque Isle during the month of May.
• Daniel W. Shaw, 61, Perth Andover, N.B.: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Jeffrey L. Shaw, 41, Fort Fairfield: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail.
• Lance K. Smith, 30, Westfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $550 fine.
• Megan E. Swimm, 25, Presque Isle: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Stephen E. Tarbox, 45, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $250 fine.
• Tasia Thomas, 27, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine; and possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., dismissed.
• Barbara J. Tripp, 53, Ashland: failing to register vehicle, $150 fine.
• Rodney Turcotte, 40, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 48 hours in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued; and assault, $300 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• Christopher B. Tuttle, 32, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Nathan Voisine, 24, Fort Fairfield: criminal mischief, $250 fine, 48 hours in jail and $350 restitution; and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine.
• Steven Wardwell, Jr., 35, Littleton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior, dismissed.
• Erich C. Waters, 55, Dover, N.H.: operating without safety equipment, $100 fine.
• Christopher Wilcox, 22, Presque Isle: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Bridget A. York, 58, Easton: disorderly conduct, $150 fine.
