• Nathan E. Philbrook, 19, Fort Fairfield: fishing without valid license, $100 fine.
• Christopher T. Pike, 21, Guilford: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, dismissed.
• Branden L. Plaud, 19, Westfield: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Michael J. Reeve, 60, Fayette: fishing violation of number, amount, weight or size, $140 fine.
• Kristopher Rouse, 39, Presque Isle: forgery, $200 fine.
• David J. Saucier, 51, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Douglas Simons, 61, Mars Hill: operating vehicle without license, conditional restriction, five days in jail; and OUI, $500 fine, 20 days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Philip J. Smart, 27, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine and seven days in jail; and violating condition of release, seven days in jail.
• Ralph L. Soctomah, 60, Glenburn: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Christopher R. Spencer, 26, Presque Isle: sale and use of drug paraphernalia, $300 fine.
• Joshua L. St. Peter, 32, Caribou: smoking in a motor vehicle with person less than 16 years of age, $50 fine.
• Amber Stavnesli, 21, Caribou: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $500 fine.
• Donald J. Stone, Jr., 52, Presque Isle: operating vehicle without license, filed on $100 costs.
• Brett Sullivan, 23, Presque Isle: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine and 30- day license suspension.
• Brent J. Tardie, 40, Portage, operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
• Susan G. Tardif, 53, Blaine: displaying fictitious vehicle certificate, $200 fine.
• Keith Irving Tingley, III, 27, Caribou: theft by unauthorized use of property, 48 hours in jail and $130 restitution.
• Trevor M. Tompkins, 24, Ashland: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine.
• Aaron Trombley, 24, Fort Fairfield: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Travis Tuttle, 30, Presque Isle: possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 oz., $350 fine.
• Andrew M. Tweedie, 23, Blaine: motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit, $400 fine.
• Heather J. Walton, 34, Presque Isle: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine and $52.31 restitution.
• Travis J. Webb, 34, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 10 days in jail.
• Ryan John Willette, 32, Fort Fairfield: operating vehicle without license, conditional restriction, $150 fine.
