Fall and winter program booklets

The annual fall and winter program booklets are available at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center office. Program booklets went out to the Caribou schools earlier this month to youths in Pre-K through grade 8. Some of the programs being offered are grade 1-2 basketball, grade 3-4 basketball, girls basketball grades 4-6, boys basketball grades 5-6, cheerleading grades 5-6, learn to skate grades 1-4, ski daddle grades 3-6, spring training baseball ages 9-12 and Hershey Track and Field ages 9-14. There is also a listing of special events coming up in our community. Please see the program booklet for a complete listing of activities offered. Men’s basketball league

There will be an organizational meeting for the men’s basketball league on Wednesday, Oct. 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center. League dues and rules will be discussed at this meeting. Anyone interested in entering a team to the league or joining a team must be present. For additional information, please contact the Caribou Parks and Recreation Department at 493-4224.

Men’s 30-and-over basketball

The men’s 30-and-over basketball starts on Oct. 9 and meets Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m.-noon. This program is designed for gentlemen 30 years of age and over and meets at the Caribou Wellness and Recreation Center gym. There is a $3 per player fee on Sundays.
