    HOULTON — The Houlton Police Department responded to the following incidents from Sept. 16-22.
Sunday, Sept. 16
    1:10 p.m. — Officer Wampler responded to North Street to assist a citizen.
    4:30 p.m. — Officer McGuire responded to Bangor Street to check a report of a child being in and out of traffic on his bike.
    8:05 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Park Street for an animal complaint.
Monday, Sept. 17
    7:57 a.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Bird Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
    9:52 a.m. — Officer Collins responded to Military Street for an animal complaint.
    11:42 a.m. — Officer Collins responded to River Street to investigate a report of criminal mischief.
    1:30 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Kelleran Street to investigate a report of theft.
    2:39 p.m. — Officer Collins responded to Bangor Street to check out a suspicious person.
    10:16 p.m. — Officer McGuire responded to Smyrna Street for an animal complaint.
Tuesday, Sept. 18
    10:52 a.m. — Officer Wampler responded to Cogan Road to investigate a report of criminal mischief.
    11:19 a.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Ludlow Road to investigate a report of criminal trespass.
    11:50 a.m. — Officer Wampler responded to McSheffery Road for an animal complaint.
    12:22 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Main Street for an animal complaint.
    1:53 p.m. — Officer Wampler responded to Union Square to check out a disabled motor vehicle.
    4:10 p.m. — ACO Upton responded to North Street for an animal complaint.
    4:43 p.m. — Officer Bickford responded to Bangor Street where he arrested a 41-year-old Houlton woman, Andrea Holston for Assault, refusing to submit to arrest, and endangering the welfare of a child
    5:40 p.m. — Officer Bledsoe responded to Clover Circle to investigate a report of assault.
    9:18 p.m. — Officer York responded to Spring Street to check out a 9-1-1 hang-up call.
    9:30 p.m. — Officer McGuire responded to Military Street to check out suspicious activity.
    11:46 p.m. — Officer York responded to Military Street to assist a citizen.
Wednesday, Sept. 19
    1:56 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to North Street to investigate a report of theft.
Thursday, Sept. 20
    9:57 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to Ludlow Road to check into a report of driving to endanger.
    3:38 p.m. — Lt. Pelletier responded to Military Street to investigate the report of a burglary in progress.
    6:58 p.m. — Officer York responded to Grange Street to check out an active burglary alarm.
Friday, Sept. 21
    5:29 a.m. — Cpl. Duff responded to Court Street to check out a suspicious person.
    12:47 p.m. — Officer Nason responded to Ludlow Road for an animal complaint.
    3:13 p.m. — Officer Wampler responded to First Street where he arrested a 22-year-old Houlton woman for failure to pay fine.
    7:51 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to North Street to investigate the report of assault.
    8:37 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Military Street to assist with a medical emergency.
    11:07 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to School Street to check on a suspicious person.
Saturday, Sept. 22
    8:56 a.m. — Officer Nason responded to North Street to investigate a motor vehicle accident.
    6:14 p.m. — Cpl. Duff responded to Highland Avenue to investigate the report of disorderly conduct.
    6:42 p.m. — Sgt. Crouse responded to Winter Street to do a welfare check.
