ROSSIGNOL — A girl, Leah Marie Rossignol, born to Anna and Troy Rossignol of Easton on Nov. 7, 2012. Maternal grandparents are Greg and Sharon Jackson of Easton. Paternal grandparents are Leo and Sally Rossignol of Crouseville.
SMITH — A girl, Hailey Jean Smith, born to Heather Levasseur and Lance Smith of Presque Isle on Nov. 8, 2012. Maternal grandparents are Wanda Levasseur and Kevin St. Pierre of Van Buren. Paternal grandparents are Susan Cleaves and Scott Archer of Presque Isle.
PELKEY — A boy, Gabriel John Leon Pelkey, born to Charissa Martinelli and Gary Leon Pelkey III of Presque Isle on Nov. 8, 2012. Maternal grandparents are Shirley Jewell and John Martinelli of Mapleton. Paternal grandparents are Gary Pelkey, Jr. and Peggy Pelkey of Hartford, Conn.
