HOULTON – The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
Jonathan Abbott, 23, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 14 days in jail; and criminal trespass, 364 days in prison, all but 14 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence.
Aaron W. Albert, 19, Glenburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $500 fine and 50 days in jail; and burglary, two years in prison, all but 50 days suspended, two years’ probation and $225 restitution.
Melissa R. Anderson, 38, Houlton: probation violation, nine months one day in prison and probation revoked.
James C. Boyce, 29, Houlton: probation violation, nine months one day in prison and probation revoked; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in prison.
Christopher Carr, 27, Houlton: probation violation, 18 months in prison and probation revoked.
David B. Copley, 62, Houlton: possessing sexually explicit material of minor under 12, three years in prison, all but four months suspended and two years’ probation.
Zachary P. Cottle, 20, Houlton: burglary of a motor vehicle (ten counts), 90 days in jail (one, two, three, four, five, six, eight, nine, ten), and 364 days in prison, all but 90 days suspended, one year administrative release sentence and $690 restitution (seven); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (eight counts), 30 days in jail (each).
Troy J. Folsom, 37, Houlton: domestic violence assault, priors, dismissed; and violating condition of release (two counts), 15 months in prison, all but 25 days suspended and two years’ probation (first), 20 days in jail (second).
Patrick M. Goguen, 21, Houlton: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $1,000 fine.
Albert L. Goudet, 53, Standish: obstructing government administration, filed on $250 costs.
Tanya M. Graham, 32, Houlton: operating after habitual offender revocation, prior, $1,000 fine and six months in jail; and operating under the influence, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
Colleen Hoxie, 35, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors (two counts), 34 months in prison (first), two years in prison, all suspended, two years’ probation (second); and probation violation, 34 months in prison and probation revoked.
Brian King, 56, Houlton: criminal mischief, five days in jail and $9,600 restitution; failing to make oral or written accident report, five days in jail; OUI, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $575 fine, five days in jail and 90-day license suspension.
Bruce King, 34, Houlton: assault, $300 fine and 90 days in jail.
Justin E. Lincoln, 25, Houlton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, 364 days in prison, all suspended and one year probation; domestic violence assault, 364 days in prison, all but six months suspended and one year probation; robbery, dismissed; obstructing report of crime, six months in jail; and violating condition of release, 30 days in jail.
Joseph J. Moran, 46, Houlton: assault, dismissed.
Lukas L. Nadeau, 31, Newport: domestic violence assault, 50 days in jail; and criminal mischief, 30 days in jail and $200 restitution.
Barrett Nason, 26, Houlton: probation violation, 354 days in jail and probation terminated.
Gary Schillinger, 59, Houlton: disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, 14 days in jail, all suspended and six months administrative release sentence; terrorizing, dismissed; and assault, $300 fine.
Steven Wardwell, Jr. 35, Houlton: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior and violating condition of release, dismissed (each).
Bradley Sewell, 32, Houlton: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, all but 90 days suspended, one year administrative release sentence and $4,064 restitution.
Timothy Small, 20, Smyrna Mills: stealing drugs (two counts), 180 days in jail, all but 14 days suspended and one year probation (first), dismissed (second); criminal threatening, 14 days in jail; burglary and criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, dismissed (each).
