SUPERIOR COURT
CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of December.
• Richard Morgan Kinney, 42, Houlton: unlawful possession of oxycodone, $500 fine and 60 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug (three counts), $400 fine and 20 days in jail (first, second), and dismissed (third).
• Ricky M. LaBreck, 51, Van Buren: OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
• Lindsey R. LaPointe, 26, Mars Hill: negotiating a worthless instrument, $500 fine and $1,298.31 restitution.
• Zacharias F. Lavallee, 20, Caribou: driving to endanger, $575 fine; failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury, dismissed; failing to make oral or written accident report, $400 fine; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
• William N. Lima, 24, Caribou: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (three counts), $1,500 fine, seven years in prison, all but 30 months suspended and three years’ probation (first), $400 fine and 30 months in prison (second, third); and operating after habitual offender revocation, $250 fine and 30 days in prison.
• Philip L. Madore, 54, Presque Isle: OUI, $500 fine, 48 hours in jail and 90-day license suspension.
• Joshua A. Martin, 25, Connor Twp.: probation violation, nine months one day in prison and probation revoked.
• Nathan McIntosh, 44, Castle Hill: domestic violence assault (two counts), $500 fine, nine months in jail, all but 40 days suspended and one-year probation (first) and $500 fine and 40 days in jail (second).
• Reed Moody, 22, Presque Isle: assault, $1,000 fine; and domestic violence reckless conduct and domestic violence assault, dismissed (each).
• Dawn Michelle Morrison, 42, Woodland: probation violation, 20 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Rodney Wayne Nichols, 43, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail.
• Russell J. O’Berry, 51, Bangor: domestic violence assault, 90 days in jail, all but 45 days suspended and one-year administrative release sentence; violating condition of release (two counts) and violating protective order (two counts), dismissed (each).
• Joseph D. Ouellette, 27, Woodland: operating while license suspended or revoked, prior (two counts), dismissed (first), $600 fine, seven days in prison, and one-year license suspension (second); probation violation, seven months 15 days in prison and probation revoked; OUI, priors, $2,100 fine, three years in prison, all but 14 months suspended, two years’ probation and six years’ license suspension; and violating condition of release, six months in prison.
• Jonathan R. Paradis, 22, Lewiston: OUI, dismissed; and driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension.
• Israel E. Pare, 33, St. Agatha: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Ricky D. Perreault, 45, Fort Kent: assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine.
• Loren M. Plourde, 23, Eagle Lake: driving to endanger, $575 fine and 30-day license suspension; and OUI, dismissed.
• Jesse E. Plummer, 32, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault (two counts) and criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, acquitted (each).
• Olivier A. Robichaud, 20, Kedgwick, N.B.: OUI, $575 fine.
• Bonnie L. Sarmiento, 52, Woodland: theft by deception, four year in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
• Bernard Skidgel, 18, Woodland: criminal mischief, $250 fine and $200 restitution; domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed; terrorizing, $250 fine; and violating condition of release, $250 fine.
• Robert T. Smart, 32, Houlton: OUI (two counts), dismissed (first) and $500 fine and 90-day license suspension (second).
• Mary E. Sockabasin, 34, Indian Township: probation violation, 18 months 25 days in prison and probation revoked.
• Steven R. Straight, 21, Chapman: OUI, $750 fine and 90-day license suspension.
• Shelby L. Taggett, 19, Allagash: motor vehicle speeding 30-plus mph over speed limit, dismissed.
• Ricky C. Theriault, 28, St. Leonard, N.B.: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (first), filed on $1,000 costs (second); unlawful possession of scheduled drug, guilty; and criminal forfeiture of property, forfeiture.
• Travis Theriault, 23, Frenchville: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
• Wayde A. Trotter, 51, Fort Fairfield: assault, 10 days in jail.
• Williman S. Tucker, 23, Old Saybrook, Conn.: criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, dismissed; and reckless conduct (two counts), $500 fine (first) and dismissed (second).
• Clayton Turner, 40, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
• Sean M. Wadlington, 30, Presque Isle: violating condition of release and unlawful possession of hydrocodone, dismissed (each).
• Chelsey Webb, 25, Fort Fairfield: probation violation, 90 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
