CARIBOU — The Gray Memorial United Methodist Church in Caribou will be holding a National Day of Prayer service at the church on Thursday, May 2, from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m.
Reverend Thomas Bentum, pastor of Gray Memorial, advises that the church decided to take part in the national movement that has existed since the 1950s in an effort to join the community together in prayer for the country.

“There is lots of need for prayer in our country right now,” Bentum commented.
The prayer service will focus on the seven centers of influence in the U.S.: family, government, church, military, education, media and business.
Bentum extended an invitation to anyone interested in the service to attend.
