    CARIBOU — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of February.
    Herbert Marshall Adams, IV, 53, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, unlawful sexual touching, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, possible revoked, mutilated, fictional or fraudulent license/ID card, dismissed (each); assault (two counts), nine months in jail (first) $600 fine and nine months in jail (second).
    Lucy M. Allen, 29, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and two years in prison; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $1,000 fine, five years in prison, all but two years suspended and three years’ probation.

    Lacie Anderson, 22, Presque Isle: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $100 fine; and assault, dismissed.
    William Anthony, 49, Bridgewater: terrorizing, filed on $300 costs.
    Brett Baker, 21, Washburn: operating under the influence, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension.
    Curtis D. Barnes, 33, Easton: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and one year in prison; unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs (two counts), dismissed (first), $1,000 fine, five years in prison, all but 18 months suspended and three years’ probation (second).
    Ronald M. Beaulieu, 75, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and seven days in jail; and unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
    Ashley M. Beaupre, 21, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, dismissed.
    Robert D. Belmain, 46, Washburn: illegal possession of firearm, three years in prison, all but nine months suspended and two years’ probation; violating condition of release (two counts), six months in jail (first), 30 days in jail (second); carrying concealed weapon, six months in jail; unlawful possession of hydrocodone, $400 fine and six months in jail; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $500 fine.
    Stephanie Bennett, 23, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $500 fine and 30 days in jail; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $200 fine, five days in jail and $399.99 restitution; and violating condition of release, 48 hours in jail.
    Tasha Boyce, 35, Mars Hill: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, $400 fine, one year six months in prison, all but 90 days suspended and three years’ probation.
    Jayde Lee Boyd, 20, Caribou: unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, nine months in jail, all but 30 days suspended and one-year probation.
    Michael Boyer, 44, Caribou: criminal trespass, $500 fine.
    Michelle R. Clark, 49, Garfield Plt.: criminal mischief, dismissed.
    Mitchell M. Clark, 44, Ashland: terrorizing, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine.
    Justin A. Clayton, 24, Caribou: probation violation, 16 months in prison and probation revoked; misuse of identification, 30 days in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 30 days in jail and $45 restitution.
    Eric M. Condon, 26, Easton: unlawful sexual contact, dismissed.
    Brandon M. Corey, 24, Washburn: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 restitution.
    Justin M. Cote, 18, Fort Fairfield: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine; and domestic violence terrorizing, dismissed.
    Christopher R. Cyr, 34, Presque Isle: burglary, four years in prison, all but seven months suspended, two years’ probation and $5,500 restitution; criminal mischief, nine days in jail; violating condition of release, dismissed; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), seven months in jail (each).
    Jamie Cyr, 21, Madawaska: disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $300 fine; and assault, dismissed.
    Richard Daigle, Jr., 49, Eagle Lake; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, filed on $50 costs.
    Jerson M. Dinis, 22, Fort Kent: allowing minor to possess or consume liquor (two counts), dismissed (each).
    Robert R. Dunham, 28, Thomaston: operating after habitual offender revocation, priors, $1,000 fine and 10 months in jail; and OUI, prior, $700 fine, seven days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension.
     Larry A. Easler, 36, Washburn: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; criminal conspiracy, 15 months in prison; burglary of a motor vehicle, 90 days in jail and $69.96 restitution; theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (three counts), 90 days in jail (each), $69.96 restitution (first, second), $27.46 restitution (third); criminal trespass (two counts), 30 days in jail (each), $69.96 restitution (first); and violating condition of release (two counts), 30 days in jail (each) and $69.96 restitution (first).
    Laurie E. Engebretson, 37, Fort Kent: probation violation, 56 days in jail and probation continued.
    Edna Engel, 38, Bangor: endangering the welfare of a child, $500 fine, 60 days in prison and two years’ probation; furnishing liquor to a minor, 60 days in prison and two years’ probation; allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, $500 fine, 60 days in prison and two years’ probation; and aggravated furnishing of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 60 days suspended and two years’ probation.
    Michael A. Fisher, 30, Presque Isle: trafficking in prison contraband, seven months in jail and probation revoked.
    Robert L. Fitzsimmons, Jr., 30, Limestone: burglary, one year in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
    Nicholas Aaron Flewelling, 23, Easton: domestic violence assault, one year in prison, all but 45 days suspended and one-year probation; aggravated assault, dismissed; and violating condition of release, five days in jail.
    Mark A. Flint, 49, Nashville Plt.: unlawfully shooting or discharging firearm or crossbow and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, dismissed (each); and night hunting, $1,200 fine and three days in jail.
    Andrea Gardiner, 30, Chapman: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $1,000 fine and three days in jail.
    Kevin M. Gibson, 26, Madawaska: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, 364 days in prison, all but 30 days suspended, one year probation and $200 restitution; and furnishing liquor to a minor, $500 fine and 30 days in jail.

    Anthony Griffin, 19, Caribou: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and criminal trespass, 75 days in jail (each); and burglary, two years in prison, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation and $10 restitution.
    Shayne M. Hathaway, 25, Washburn: OUI, prior, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license suspension.

    Tiffiney R. Johnson, 28, Presque Isle: assault, $300 fine and 15 days in jail; trafficking in dangerous knives and criminal threatening, 15 days in jail (each); and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 15 days in jail.
    Henry C. Jolly, 31, Washburn: aggravated trafficking of scheduled drugs, $400 fine, 12 years in prison, all but five years suspended and four years’ probation.
    Keith A. Kitchen, 56, Masardis: OUI, priors, $1,100 fine, 30 days in jail and three years’ license and registration suspension; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Scott A. Larson, 40, Fort Fairfield: violating condition of release, 30 days in jail; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine and 30 days in jail.

    Arlene Levesque, 55, Van Buren: OUI, $500 fine and 90-day license suspension; operating after habitual offender revocation, dismissed; and operating while license suspended or revoked, $250 fine.
    Cheryl Lindsay, 51, Van Buren: disorderly conduct, fighting, 25 hours’ community service; and criminal mischief, $200 fine and $200 restitution.
    Joshua R. Martin, 23, Presque Isle: aggravated criminal mischief, four months in jail; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (two counts), four months in jail (each), $8,256.44 restitution (first).

    Jeffrey Sock, 32, Presque Isle: assault and criminal mischief, dismissed (each); and criminal trespass, $500 fine and 48 hours in jail.
    Thomas L. Sock, 24, Presque Isle: domestic violence assault, 30 days in jail.
    Garik M. Theriault, 19, Drummond, New Brunswick: hunting or possessing moose without permit, fraudulently obtaining license or permit (two counts), and hunting without valid license, filed without costs (each).
    Joshua D. Turner, 27, Fort Fairfield: unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, dismissed; and unlawful possession of scheduled drug, $400 fine, nine months in jail, all but 10 days suspended and one-year probation.
