The Southern Aroostook Agricultural Museum in Littleton has added a General Store to the museum tour. Built by Colby and Rhonda Shaw, the store opened for guests during the recent Show N’ Shine Classic Car & Truck Show.
Antique items are still being added to the inventory, but are for show only, not for sale. To add a little nostalgia, penny candy was sold during the recent show. Barbara Brown and Rae Johnston rang up the sales for those wanting a sweet treat. Little kids were especially entertained by the cash register and its bells.
