KICKOFF EVENT
The Aroostook County Action Program (ACAP) and its partners from Maine Migrant Health Program, Katahdin Valley Health, Fish River Health and Pines Health Services hosted a kickoff event Oct. 1 at the Aroostook Centre Mall to announce the beginning of open enrollment for the Affordable Care Act Health Insurance Marketplace.

The event highlighted the fact that Aroostook County is well prepared, through a number of community resources and partnerships, to help citizens review their options and get enrolled in new, more affordable health insurance plans.
