Race slated at Caribou

CARIBOU — The 28th Caribou Turkey Trot will go off at 10 a.m. at Caribou High School on Saturday, Nov. 30.

Registration gets under way at 8:30 a.m. and walkers will begin at 9:45 a.m. Registration will take place in the gym lobby at Caribou High School. The race fee is $13 with $1 going towards a 50/50 raffle that will be done upon the conclusion of the race.
This year’s race proceeds will benefit Caribou High School athletics and youth running in the local communities.
The race will feature the same course as in the past, heading out on the Woodland Center Road from the high school then out and back on the Lombard Road.
The post-race meal will be the delicious traditional turkey-topped pizza. Families are strongly encouraged to attend this year’s race.
A long sleeve T-shirt will be available to the first 70 runners to register.
