SILVER RIDGE – Joyce E. O’Hara, 80, died December 18, 2013, at her home. She was born March 13, 1933, in Silver Ridge, the daughter of Fred and Marjorie (Hayes) Humphrey.
She was a member of the Molunkus Valley Chapter OES #95 and Monarda Calvery Baptist Church.
She is survived by one son James, and his wife, Julie O’Hara and a daughter, Janet and her husband, Brent Day, all of Silver Ridge; seven grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; two sisters, Rowena Qualey of Benedicta, and Deanna and her husband, Roger Bouchard, of Silver Ridge; several neices nephews and cousins. Also special friends Gerald Cummings and Gilman Douston. She was predeased by her husband. Ivan Jr. and two sons, Gary and John.
