CARIBOU — The 2014 biennial caucus of registered Democrats has been called for Sunday, March 2. Registered Democrats from the towns of Caribou, Caswell, Madawaska Lake and Stockholm are asked to meet in the EOC Room at the Caribou Lions’ Club.
The Caucus will officially convene at 2 p.m.; check-in will begin at 1:30.
There will be nomination petitions for local candidates which can be signed by registered Democratic Party members. US citizens who will turn 18 before November 4 , 2014 can register at their local town office and may fully participate in the caucus.
The EOC room is located at the rear of the Caribou Lions’ Club on Main Street; attendees are asked to park in the rear of the building and enter through the door marked “EOC.”
