HOULTON — The following cases were heard at the Aroostook County Superior Court during the month of January.
Justin L. Barry, 26, Houlton: probation violation, 40 days in jail and probation revoked; and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, two years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation.
Robert E. Brewer, 21, Linneus: theft by unauthorized taking or transfer (four counts), six months in prison (each); violating condition of release (two counts), six months in prison (each); theft of services, priors, 30 months in prison, all but nine months, one day suspended, two years’ probation and $1,920 restitution; forgery and trafficking in prison contraband, six months in prison (each).
Edward Desrosiers, 47, Houlton: failing to comply with sex offender registration act, second offense, two years in prison, all suspended and two years’ probation.
Sean D. Eriksen, 35, Houlton: probation violation, 14 months in prison and probation partially revoked.
Michael Fisher, 31, Limestone: failing to report, 45 days in jail.
Wade Jay, 37, Linneus: domestic violence assault, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, $200 fine.
Justin E. Lincoln, 26, Houlton: probation violation, 180 days in jail and probation revoked.
Lorrie A. Losinger, 42, Linneus: domestic violence assault, $300 fine.
Amy R. Marmanik, 24, Waterville: trafficking in prison contraband, 90 days in jail.
Thomas Pasquarelli, 48, Monticello: unlawful furnishing scheduled drug, $400 fine, three years in prison, all but 90 days suspended and two years’ probation; and unlawful possession of oxycodone, $400 fine and 90 days in jail.
Annette A. Paul, 33, Houlton: burglary and falsifying physical evidence, dismissed (each); and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, $250 fine.
Stephanie R. Stamper, 31, Houlton: probation violation, 60 days in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Anthony Thorne, 50, Houlton: probation violation, six months in jail, probation partially revoked and probation continued.
Gerald A. Welton. 36. Sundown, N.H.: operating under the influence, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension and 50 hours’ community service.
Jason Young, 31, Houlton: operating ATV under the influence over 21, dismissed; and disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, $200 fine.
